Terms of Use

This site describes the Decision Map: a study of how AI answers present one offering in one buying category, with its Fix First list. You can buy one through this site. What a Decision Map includes and what it costs are on the pricing page.

• You see the price before you pay. It follows where you pay from: rupees from India, dollars from anywhere else.
• From outside India, Lemon Squeezy takes the payment and adds any sales tax or VAT due where you are. You see the total before you pay.
• From India, Razorpay takes the payment.
• A Decision Map is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
• One payment buys one Decision Map for the offering and buying category you approved before paying.

We refund a payment in full, to the card or account you paid with, in these cases only:

• Your map isn’t delivered within 24 hours of approving your questions. When we fix the problem, we still deliver the map and its Fix First list at no charge.
• We stop your study by removing your access before it’s finished.
• You paid twice for the same study, or we couldn’t use your payment. We refund that payment.

• Joining the waitlist or running the free sample costs nothing and does not commit you to buy anything.
• We use your details only to contact you about CitePack. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle them.
• You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing founder@citepack.com.

Crosstrow and the other companies in this site’s examples are illustrative. The answers and figures in all of them are illustrations, including what the example map’s answers say about other companies. They are not study results or customer outcomes.

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated sign-ups, and no submitting details that are not yours.

• A Decision Map reports what AI engines answered when we asked them. It is not advice, and we can’t promise what the engines will say later or what results you will get from acting on it.
• For any claim, the most CitePack will owe you is the amount you paid for the Decision Map the claim is about. If you paid nothing, CitePack owes nothing.
• This does not limit anything the law does not allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute goes only to the courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. A purchase stays under the terms in force on the day you paid. See also our Privacy Policy.
