Corrections first, then the pages the engines cite again.
It starts where the engines started.
Before an engine names anyone, it searches, looks up a shortlist and reads pages. The Fix First list keeps that trail as it happened.
They searched.
The searches each engine ran, word for word.
They looked up a shortlist.
The companies each engine looked up by name.
They read pages.
The pages behind the answers. CitePack reads them too and shows where you and the company listed first sit on each.
Two counts, kept apart.
For each question and each engine: how many answers named you, and how many named you first. Nothing is folded into a single verdict.
Every page carries the same seven fields. A page with no answers behind it doesn’t go in.
- Page
- A page the engines used, with its address
- Answers
- Which engine cited it or only read it, on which question and which asking, and how steady that is
- What it says
- What the page says about you and the company listed first, word for word
- The ask
- Which of the five asks CitePack will make, or that it’s yours to do
- Who
- Who takes the request, and what the publisher gets from the change
- Why
- Why this route, quoted from the page and from the publisher’s own rules for changes
- Price
- What it costs once it’s live, and whether it’s refunded if the change is gone
Each page gets one of five asks, or it’s yours to do.
On a founding seat, the first of your ticked pages we verify live is free. Every live page after that costs the price below.
Correct a fact
The page says something about you that your own site says differently. $29 founding, $49 standard. Refunded if the change is gone by the day-30 recheck.
Fix your entry
You’re on the page, but your entry is wrong or out of date. $29 founding, $49 standard. Refunded if the change is gone by the day-30 recheck.
Restore you
You were on a list the engines used and you’ve dropped off it. $29 founding, $49 standard. Not refunded.
Add you
A list the engines used names other companies and leaves you out. $59 founding, $149 standard. Not refunded.
Position review
You’re on a list the engines used, but below where the evidence puts you. We ask the editor to review your position with fresh evidence, and where you’re placed stays the editor’s call. $59 founding, $149 standard. Not refunded. Where the publisher sells positions, this is a labelled paid place: you pay the publisher, and our fee is the same.
Yours to do
Your own site, a profile you control, a Wikipedia edit request from your own account. The row gives you the details, and placement never charges for them.
Won’t be done
Where there’s no honest route, the row says so and why. On a rival’s own page, CitePack only ever asks for a correction.
On each page you tick, the work is ours.
CitePack reads how each publisher takes changes and picks the route for that page. You only pay for a page that’s live.
- 01You tick the pages, up to 10 per map, and approve the facts we send
- 02We write to each editor the way that publisher takes changes
- 03If an editor wants to try you first, you give one trial seat
- 04You see the editor’s reply word for word
- 05We check the change is live, then recheck it on day 7
- 06You’re billed once it’s live, on one bill a month, and nothing on a no
- 07A correction or entry fix that’s gone by the day-30 recheck is refunded
Nothing is sent without your approval. We never pay editors, and we never promise the AI answers will change.
When you want it, measure again.
Measure Again is ordered on its own, for $29, or ₹1,499 if you pay from India. It isn’t part of the founding seat.
The same decision
The same sealed questions, four engines and buyer market, on Day 28 or X: Day 28 is the day we recommend, X any other day you choose.
Each page you placed
Looked at again on the new map, beside the change that went live.
The Before/After Snapshot
What moved, or that nothing did, engine by engine. It never promises a change.
What makes it checkable.
- Every row names the answers behind it
- Every quote is shown word for word
- Every page is one the engines used
- Every row says what it costs once live, and whether it’s refunded
- A score
- A guess at why an engine answered as it did
- A promise that the answers will change, or that a change caused a move
- Facts about another company stated for you
- A generic list of fixes
Your map and Fix First list reach your account 30 minutes after you approve your questions, on average. We email you when they’re ready. If they aren’t delivered within 24 hours, you get a full refund.
