Privacy Policy

• Waitlist data — if you join the Decision Map waitlist, your name, work email and company website.
• Founding seat requests — if you request a founding seat, your name, work email, company website, the offering, buying category and buying situations you describe, and your founding-trade choices.
• Messages — anything you send us by email.
• Site analytics — first-party events about how pages are used, such as page views, tied to a random identifier rather than to you.
• Security signals — your IP address, used to limit how many requests one connection can make in a day.
• Account data — if you create an account, your email address and sign-in credentials. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider; we never see them in plain text.

• To contact you about the Decision Map when studies open;
• To reply to your messages;
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse;
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and improve it.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

We share data with these providers only as needed to run the site:

• Supabase — database and sign-in.
• Railway and Vercel — hosting.
• Resend — sending email.

We may disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, users or the site.

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. We rely on their safeguards for those transfers.

We use first-party browser storage for site analytics and, if you sign in, to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We keep waitlist data until the Decision Map opens and we have contacted you, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we process it. Email founder@citepack.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
