Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are not satisfied with your one-time CitePack report, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Just email founder@citepack.com from the email used to purchase and let us know — no complicated hoops. After 14 days, one-time report purchases are non-refundable, as the report and generated pages have been delivered.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or billing portal.
• Cancellation stops all future renewals. You keep access to Pro features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
• We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the current billing period once it has started.
• If you were charged after cancelling, or believe a renewal was in error, contact us and we will make it right.

Email founder@citepack.com with the email address used for the purchase and, if you have it, your order or receipt number. We aim to respond within a few business days.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by our Merchant of Record. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. Because the Merchant of Record processes payments, its own buyer terms and refund handling also apply.

We may decline refund requests that fall outside the terms above or that show signs of abuse (for example, repeatedly purchasing and refunding, or attempting to keep delivered deliverables while reversing payment). Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
